Gay Newell, the guy whose company is stuck on a 10+year old gaming engine, is here to tell me that Linux is the 'future'. LOL

uh, sigh newbs

Dos 2.1 -> Dos 6.22
Winblows 3.1 -> Win 8
Linux (too many kernal compilation combinations to iterate through)
Mandrake, Redhat, Redhat Enterprise, CentOS, Ubuntu
Unix HP-UX, AIX
SunOS, VAX

What am I forgetting?
Oh, I kinda wrote my own VM OS, in Java.
Pretty simple machine, 4 bit machine, limited drivers for keyboard, mouse and monitor, specifically for the ones I used at UNI. Launched a single application that counted from 0000 to 1111

Um, my Atari 800 trumps ^ also the first apples, macs, ibms. I wrote my first program in basic on Atari, not that I'm a programmer today or know how to program, I was about 4 years old and I just copied it out of the book like the directions said. This was back in like 1983 and I never programmed again. WINNAR!!!

Ahahaha, yeah, the memory was these huge sticks or like longer than vhs tapes. My father was a programmer for a few years and gave up on it, I think he wishes he stuck with it because it's so huge today. Man I remember Donkey Kong and Donkey Kong Jr. Pole Position, we had the paddles for breakout, we didn't have a lot of games kids had for like the 2600. I'm pretty sure they were different cartridges, the 800 cartridges were more ridged than the 2600 and I don't think they were interchangeable because we had to lift up the flap, insert the cartridge, and then close it shut. Omg defender, I loved that game.
