Ok, so I'm considering upgrading to an MB Pro but I really don't need 2 MBs (pro or not) so was thinking of letting go of my current MacBook. Oh, and I purchased it brand-new ~2 years ago

Specs:
-------
Model Identifier: Macbook3,1
Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.2GHz
4GB DDR2 SDRAM @ 667MHz
120GB SATA HDD
Intel GMA X3100 built in graphics card/chip (1280x800 resolution)
Mini-DVI port for external monitor
802.11n wireless + built-in gigabit Ethernet port
Built-in iSight camera
Superdrive -- what Apple calls its DVD-RW drive.
Battery still holding 100% charge provides ~4hrs of battery life on regular web surfing/email use (I can watch ~2hrs of video at fullsceen on full battery and still have some juice leftover for pr0n)
2 USB + 1 Firewire port
Currently running 10.6.2 OS X Snow Leopard (legit!)

Functionality:
---------------
Because my cat can be a little brat at times, he always likes to pull out the power cables and plays with that and as such the indicator light on the plug itself sometimes doesn't light up (BUT ONLY THE LIGHT -- it still charges, etc.)

Cosmetics:
-----------
Minor wear and tear from everyday use and a couple of "dimples" at some part from my cat biting it to get my attention -_- and there are 2 minor cracks where the arm/palm wrests.

Price Tag: $500

I want to see if there's any interest before I consider getting another one. Thanks for looking! And please, keep it clean, any I-hate-Apple comments will be promptly deleted :)

EDIT 1: it's WHITE, as in not-Leroy
EDIT 2: I'm also pretty sure I have its original box/packaging + added USB ports and Firewire port to specs list and Superdrive and mini-DVI port

usb monitors wat?

LOL sorry, I just saw external keyboard & mouse. There's a mini-DVI port for external monitors, but you'll have to buy a separate cable for that I'm afraid.

Dea-- wait. No. As much as I would like to strangle the little fucker, he's special like that and I would sacrifice all my future power cable status lights to keep him around :)

I can't decide if I want a MacBook or an HP laptop...
If I got a MacBook it would have to be a MacBook pro.

i am somewhat interested, how durable is it and how much does it weigh? and where are you located?
[/quote1261609353]

I'm near Pacific Mall. I actually PM'd you regarding the Xbox games already so maybe we can discuss it then.

meh MB Pros are overrated and overpriced. You can get the same rig for $500 less probably in a less pretty package

and Boot Camp for Windows Games? Fail

I would agree if you were buying it just so you can boot camp windowz, but I use it for the Mac OS X ;)
