EA Giving The Sims 2 Away for Free on Origin, Along With All 18 Expansions

That same collection is now being offered to all Origin users for free for a limited time. To get it, simply open Origin, select the "Redeem Product Code" option from the menu, and enter the code I-LOVE-THE-SIMS. You have until July 31 at 10AM Pacific to redeem the code to your Origin account. If you don't already have one, you can sign up for free.

Dead Island: Epidemic - Game is in closed Beta but this is an Open Weekend and you keep access afterwards.
Is going to be a F2P game on release.

Game Type: Zombie MOBA
- Judging by the Steam Page it seems like it will be similar to Dota and LoL, but with Zombies.
- Moving with WASD seems to be one of their main key points, rather than clicking to move.
- Able to craft weapons.
- I'm honestly not entirely sure, I haven't tried it yet.

Played Dead Island for a total of 1 hour and it seems like it'll be more like heroes of the storm than Dota (PvPvE). Two teams are in competition with each other to complete objectives. There is also a 4 person coop mode. Tried the coop mode and it was alright, felt like an ARPG a la diablo ie spam LMB.

Payday: The Heist goes free for one day in October​

If you haven't already joined the Steam group but want a free copy of Payday: The Heist, that's not a problem: you can join now. Once you download the game on October 18 it's yours to keep forever, but you must to do within the 24 hours specified.

Also, while not free but dirt friggin cheap in that you pay what you want, if you guys aren't aware of it already www.humblebundle.com regularly puts up multiple games that can be bought for as low as a dollar for the whole bundle.
