I find it's hit or miss with the mom and pop pizza shops - a lot of them cheap out to make a buck/break even. The chains, sad to say, are always worth your money.

EDIT: Take the word substitution garbage out, it ruins a great word.

I used to manage a dominos so now the only way i can eat a pizza is if i make it myself, or ellios frozen pizza. those are the bomb. luckily i left that dominos on good terms so i can just kind of walk in make my food say hi and peace out, usually without paying
