I was just banned for a day by TD_Death because I warned him (civilly) that if he banned me, I'd complain. My in-game alias is currently "♫♯♪ Hotrod Ford & $2-bill". I killed him and three other enemy team-members in quick succession (all of whom had much lower pings than me, indicating my higher skill), then he told me to "fix my ping", which of course I can't do, then I warned him (politely), then he banned me. My ping's not too high, about 120-130, and it doesn't materially affect game play on the server whatsoever. Furthermore, many people connect regularly with pings the same or higher than mine. Just because someone has a higher than average ping doesn't justify a ban unless they're truly affecting the server. To do otherwise is unethical. I think Death was just mad and embarrassed that someone with a much higher ping killed him (and 3 others) so easily, and he was just using my higher ping as an excuse to pick on me. I've played on this server and belonged to the Steam TD group for years, trying to be a positive contributing member, and I don't appreciate this hassle. I'd ask that Death's admin status please be reviewed given his behaviour, that I please have my ban lifted, and that Death please be warned not to abuse his admin privileges in future. Thanks.

Hotrod .... I asked you several times in both voice and chat .. to do something about your high ping. You were glitching on the screen which makes it unfair for other players ... not ever sure how you can play like that as well.. I was also getting requests to have you kicked due to your high ping ... one example below

There's nothing wrong with politely warning an admin (or anyone) that they'll be held accountable for their actions through official channels. I didn't hear any voice because I disable it (too many distracting loud-mouths), and you were the only one who posted anything by text, and I only saw that ONCE just before you banned me, not "several times." I didn't get any other complaints, and I don't know where your transcript posted above originates from. I also don't appreciate your snide comment to "enjoy your day off", which I'd assert to the other admins indicates - despite your claims to the contrary - the true bullying nature of your ban. Admins should behave more maturely. I'll be back on the server after the 24 hrs, and I'll continue to bring this complaint to the attention of other admins.
