That was the argument before it was admitted by the public they did back when they had a 200 qubit quantum computer. Now they sell them to the NSA, CIA, this is being reported publicly everywhere. I mean I could find some articles for you...or you could just use google?

It's technically quantum processing, with an extremely high error rate.
