Family dogs are 2 retrievers / lab muts, 13 year & 10 years old, sisters. Years ago we had a german sheppard and yeah they are very protective, dangeriously protective actually runin with the mailman one day.

Also have a dwarf rabbit (wifes) and quite a few years ago a cat. My father / gf started off with 2 cats about 15 years ago, they now have a household worth of them, my hatred of cats is because of this, these shits have completely destroyed my dads gf home, was a huge beach house but now it's a fucking shit hole, they literly don't know how many cats live there.

Dogs are a representation of their owners.
So depending on what dog you get they will somewhat be like you.
I want to get a tibetan Mastiff and train it to be the perfect gentleman.

I had a english short haired pointer. we got him from a family who moved to b.c 15 years ago. When we first had him we had to speak to him in spanish. We just put him down couple weeks ago.
All my fav dogs have been pointers they really are quite amazing animals.

In the past I've had a golden-doodle, 3 Chesapeakes, a chocolate lab, and 4 various mutts.

I've got a black lab currently. Probably the best dog I've ever had.

Ya, love dogs.....I've got a mastiff/lab cross and a border collie/norwegian elkhound cross.
