Hello, I apologize for the excessive delay.
We don't mark users for 'hacking', unless it involves trading. If you were using a hack or a cheat, and you were marked, it can either be due to A. The intent was to steal/scam users out of virtual goods, or B. A Steam Trade Ban or Probation.
^Neither of those options are appeal-able, due to 1. Cheating is the lowest anyone can go, 2. We can not revert Steam Trade Bans.
Please re-read why your tag was issued, you can do so by navigating to SteamRep's site and running your Steam ID.
