Can not connect to the server.

Sup, when I try to connect to this server it times out ten times and just gives me an error saying so. I can connect to all the other servers and do match making fine, but this is the only server that fails me. What's up with that?

Was driving home on 401 pulled in to onroute to restart server through phone, like a bauce.

I'm greeted with the usual connecting screen but without any text or progress bar on it when I try to connect. The error message I get at the end says "Connection failed after 10 retries."
