UNDER REVIEW Banned for no reason

I have been playing in the darly server for quite some time now and I have never had any issues. I have never been banned and I have never had a problem with anyone.

The last 2 days I have been harassed by a player named Roach. For some reason he hates me and likes to run his mouth for no reason at all.

I was in the server today and out of nowhere he starts to talk shit to me. I literally said nothing to him and I was attacked. I asked him why he attacks me and he called me a douche bag. Again I never talk to him and have no idea why he is so angry with me but he is. I then asked him if he was an admin and if he should set an example and he got really angry. He started talking more shit and calling me names. I TK'd him once because I did not want to hear him talk anymore and he banned me....

Now a round before that I was TK'd by Puff the magic canadian and he was not banned.

I am asking to get unbanned as I was provoked by an admin for NO reason at all.

you have been banned previously for being a dbag in server. You attacked me personally regarding my voice, and you constantly bitch about how I admin the server. I know you dont like me, and yea, we go back and forth alot. But this time instead of just continuing our text argument, you decided it was wise to tk me in spawn.

So I permed you.

I feel like darkly doesnt need you, all you do is bitch at other players, bitch about admins, bitch about lag, bitch when you die, bitch when you dont die. I dont like you, but I cant ban you just cause I dont like you. But u kindof slipped up by tking me in spawn.

Im not a tyrant and everyone aside from you gets along with me, and agrees with the way i admin.
I think you're an asshole, but Im going to discuss this ban with other admins.

On top of that you are lying about the situation and you know it. That is NOT what happened. You came into the server and immediately started attacking me. In fact, after I was TK'd by puff you started mocking me for no reason at all and you know this is true. I was not saying a word to you and you decided it was a good idea to provoke me. What you did was wrong and you know it. Then you go above and beyond by banning me for you provoking me.

You are an admin you should act like one.

Why would you do that? I am a top 50 player on that server yet you always say I suck.... Strange how I always have amazing scores in there yet you feel the need to attack me.

I am not really sure what your real issue is with me but you have no right to attack me for no reason.

If you have an issue with me we should talk about it instead of you attacking me for no reason. I am really not sure why you hate me so much and quite frankly I find it pathetic. You were raging months ago, about a reg who you thought was hacking. You said I was a moron for not seeeing how blatant they were hacking. I told you to chill. You decided to start making fun of my voice. Thats the personal part of this feud. But in general, I feel like you just need to shut the fuck up in server, you're always calling everyone out, and bitching at your teammates.

Im going to shorten the ban to 1 day, for intentionally tking.
After this I wont talk to you, and you wont talk to me.

But still, if you continue to be a complete asshole to everyone else in server, Im just going to ban you again

But aside from that, Ive personally decided to shorten the ban. Cause I do feel like some of the blame is on me. You're a dbag to server members, and Im a dbag to you, thats how its been going latly. Today, you got accidentally tked, and raged on the mic. I told you to chill out, and poked fun at how mad you were, as it was an accident. you said "you're mad cause im better than you" I agreed with you jokingly, than you said "What did I do wrong?" i replied "Because im greatly intimidated by your cs skills" which is when you tked me. A perm was a bit much.

But like i said before, im down for a truce.
