Sorry, can't help you. We have nothing to do with Dota bans. If you were banned by steamrep for being a scammer etc, you need to appeal your ban with them. Not sure why it says DGN, I think they meant to put Skial and put DGN by accident based on the additional administrator info on that page. We are mainly invovled with TF2 not dota2.
