Details: So this guy and another dude came in trying to outhack each other while the whole server watched and got destroyed by them, he turned his off after the other dude who was spinbotting got banned by divine, things were quiet until about 10-15 minutes, he turned them back on and divine caught him doing it and banned him.
I also went back to check and he was vac banned today as of 8/8/16
