I am not the one to judge reports but honestly I do not see how a simple client side mute or getting a Moderator would have been so difficult to do in order to solve an issue like this. There are about three or more on #2 alone currently so next time just hop over or scroll through your friends list for staff and ask for some assistance; they will be glad to handle it I am sure, without having to issue bans like in this case as it is the only option when reporting.

In terms of the report, I have no say in the outcome :)

Mod powers are down (as I heard), and I forgot about the mute button lol.. So, maybe a short ban should be placed, because he still was annoying.. Also, I fully understand if this request gets denied. I don't really think hogging the mic and talking over people is considered mic spamming. It's just that people were complaining about him, so I'd thought a (even small) ban would make him realize that he was being annoying on mic, and he needed to stop.

I didn't watch your whole vid, but did you either verbally or by text inform him of the hogging/annoying/spamming behaviour?
If no, forget about a ban IMHO even though I would agree it's annoying (but I'm savvy enough to mute - I hate chipmunks)

I told him over mic and in chat, and other people also told him through mic and chat to stop.

He didnt seem like he was spamming, He wasnt talking over anyone, and noone was attempting anything. He just seemed to kind of mumble to himself... I dont see a reason to issue a ban
