Reason:
I'm going to say this kid was possibly the most fucking rude, terrible, and cruel kid to visit the Darkly servers. He was literally unpleasant to everyone, started a fight with everyone, and continued to act like a troll throughout the whole time. I warned him nicely and he continued to use "cool mems" in attempt to make him look cool. He constantly said, "Is this your first time to the internet?" Also continued to tell people to kill themselves, and was overall rude, and had his butt buddy alongside him, who was equally rude, and pleaded to be banned. It started with Immortal and Mushr00m trading, then disagreeing over a pricing, and then Mushr00m then spammed about how he's an internet lord and how everyone's a fat neckbeard etc.

Around the same time I got Cmp™ to come on and help out, because during this point he was constantly going back and forth with Immortal, with small bits of Sax joining in.

SAXMAN had been strictly on the mic. He asked to be banned multiple times, threatened Cmp for being a corrupt mod, and threatened to report me and loads of others to steam. Cmp can tell you, as well as Immortal the amount of verbal abuse and shit-spitting these two both did. For SAXMAN's case, all you have is my, Cmp's, and Immortal's words for the verbal abuse, but this is mostly directed to Infected.

Cmp also made it evident that he had multiple reports and complaints on Mushr00m:

Granted, he did stretch the truth at times, but after looking up chat logs for both players, I feel that Infected realizes what he did was wrong and he knows that I won't put up with any bullshit.
Therefore, I request this report be closed as I have handled the situation regarding InfectedMushr00m.

While it was unecessary for me to post his information, he did profusely insult me personally, telling me that I (quote), "Woke up on the wrong side of the trailer," implying I'm poor. He then continued to say multiple things regarding sexual orientations, telling me to kill myself, as I stated in my report. While I do admit that my actions were drawn out, I had the right intentions.

What certainly confused me, is while looking at the chat logs, he was just a normal trade guy, offering to spycrab etc. I started off being kind, asking him to please calm down, and I remained this way for about 10 minutes, and then he turned on me.
Even SAX was the same. It seemed like it was instantaneous, the way that they flipped on everything and everyone. Anyway, I do apologize for that slip, but it's quite hard to get the attention of one, especially when you lack a mic (which I'll be getting soon.)

Already added to apologize. Thanks for helping out, and I'll make sure to come to you again, if needed. It just appears bothersome to constantly contact you about situations, so it's not always firsthand for me to detach you from your business and help me with mine. Thanks again.

After going through the chat log, I dont see anything that would warrent a ban in my opinion. What has been reported in this and Cmps post, and what I see in the chat logs are 2 different things. so unless his "kill yourself" and "fuck this server" stuff was over mic, I did not see it in his chat history. As for him being a dick, I was in server after he rejoined from his ban. He had his little "guess whose back" jingle nothing real bad. Narf, Snapple and others ( who I cant recalled) continued to pester him about the issue. Once people stopped bringing up and telling him hell get banned, he was quiet in server.

Im inclined to deny the request unless

I've dealt with InfectedMushr00m (for now) and I see no reason to carry on with him. However, I don't think Sax has any place on Darkly as he had no problem disrespecting the server and if it weren't for Fraps fucking up (again), I'd have solid proof of that.

Narf, understand that in these situations by arguing with the player you're only contributing to the problem. In addition to InfectedMushr00m and
SAXMAN THE VIRGIN SLAYER, you're also at fault for the problem's escalation; neither your nor their behavior was admissible.

In the future, please do not label players in your report as "Shitlord", "Buttbuddy", or similar obscenities. This only illustrates your role in the dispute. The report should be collected and civilized, not a continuation of the acrimony.

Seeing as the offense was very minor and that Cmp has already handled things, no further action will be taken against InfectedMushr00m. Report denied.
