As frustrating as it is, the last post in your previous appeal here says that before DGN can do anything, SteamRep needs to complete their side of things.

So unfortunately, you will have to wait for SteamRep to get the case wrapped up.

As Cmp™ has originally stated, we await SR to make a decision, they have not reached out to us for any information that I can give out, so it would seem they are currently busy attending to other matters.

The timelines of Appeals can take anywhere from a week to a whole year. You will have to bear with them. Should new information arise, I will update this but until them, you will have to sit out.
