DENIED Bad Admin

The admin named TankClash has been gagging me for saying I'm friendly and I told him he is a really bad admin because he says im spamming the chat although I'm not so he got really pissed for no reason what so ever! And I came here to report it because i want him gone from the Darkly TF2 servers because he is being a total jerk to me.

I asked you multiple times to quit spamming the chat, people are permitted to kill you as much as they wish, I warned you yesterday about it than proceed to comment on some of my friends profiles slandering me, since then have been removed by them.

When you enter the server there are rules you agreed to, take some time to read some of them, I gagged you because you kept posting "please do not kill me I am friendly" and is literally the only thing you were posting repeatedly and it was annoying me and a few others.

Don't want to get into what happens when you rejoin the server to evade the gag but I'm pretty sure you can guess...

I'm going to leave Gatherix to handle your "abuse report" but know this: You have now been banned from the servers for 2 months due to your blatant lack of respect towards Darkly staff.
The words you used to describe a member of our staff team are completely disrespectful and you should not be referring to anyone like that. Let alone members of staff.

Please enjoy your 2 month break from the servers, and take some time to think more about how you handle future situations.

Given the timing between postings, don't know that I would have done much about this guy - but his response is totally unacceptable.

DrMikey - I can appreciate that you were frustrated, however arguing with and insulting Staff was the worst possible response you could have had. If you have a problem with what you are told or how you are told you come here and make your argument in a post - taking it upon yourself to challenge Staff and bitch about their choices on the server is 114% guaranteed to make whatever you were originally angry about a secondary consideration at best. You got and deserve a vacation from the server - and we have taken note of your behavior, I would not suggest repeating it.

Just a note... next time you have a complaint about admin behavior, if you ever do, it's probably better to talk directly to one of the higher tier staff members about it. Might wanna give some respect before you do, though.

I was in the server at the time and witnessed what went down (I'm the pyro with the unusual beanie in the screenshot above). I'm pretty sure tank was dm'ing and inadvertently set the guy off when he killed him. Prof.Mikey then called him an ass. Tank tried to explain to the guy that killing was allowed on the server and no matter how much he "spammed" the chat asking people not to kill him, they would still do it.

Prof.Mikey then posted about how he thought tank wasn't handling the situation well and then proceeded to report him on these very forums. After he started using vulgar language towards tank, and when he left at the very end he posted on some of tank's friends profiles about how he was a bad person to have as a friend (all of those comments have been removed so I have no evidence towards them). Tank handled the situation in a very professional manner on the microphone and I didn't hear him changing his attitude in the situation he was in, being threatened and "shit-talked" at on his friends profiles.

Hopefully the information I have given is helpful. From a third party that was not directly involved that is how I saw it unfold.
