Had an issue with this user before (there's a topic somewhere in Mod chat...) and I'd warned him then to change his name, but he ignored me. He hadn't been around for a while, then I ran into him again today on 1. Warned him again. Again completely ignored me. Gave him a 3 day ban, but I'd request it be considerably lengthened.
