Anyone here ride motorcycles?

I bought my bike for $2750, costs me $35 a month to insure and less than $20 to fill for 350km.

Mind if I ask 40+ with clean record? thats an awesome rate!

33, clean record at the time, though I had a ticket and they renewed me at a lower rate this year. Last year with a clean record I was paying $50 a month, as a first time rider first time getting insurance for a bike.

And I have my M2 only BTW, going next year for M

and as of the ticket I know usually they let it slip if its a first time.

I'm with the personal, I'm an OACETT member so that helped my rate.

This is full coverage too, not just comprehensive. My friend who has been riding for 15 years pays even less, like high $20's.

But I was getting quotes with State Farm and they were pretty close too only about $100 off a year

Man you pay as much as I do for 2 cars, 2 people and a house.

a tiny ninja 300, brand new rider, 20, and i have a speeding ticket uhhg ya. I guess being 20 doesn't help.

2009 Ninja 250, so same thing basically when it comes to cost of insurance.

Yes, 20 years old + ticket is the biggest factor. When I hit 25 my rates dropped substantially for my cars I imagine it will happen to you too.

Not to mention I still have 2 more speeding tickets to go to trial for. I have been driving much more responsibly since my last ticket though.
Gonna make a few calls, a friend suggested a paralegal and hopefully i can get those 2 dropped. D:
