The guy was total bullshit, and here's some snippets from chat, was trying to say he wasn't hacking, but that he had before, and that's why his screen was flipped? I really don't know.

He was hacking.. and he's banned. Period. :)

i know in the past when people used a hack that caused people to miss or not hit there screen would be flipped while spectating. Would have thought by now hack makers would have been able to fix that.
