Allowed to raffle (Need admin/mod)

Hey admins and moderators i wanted to know if i could be allowed to hold a buy in raffle for tf2 items, the buy in is a reclaimed metal (TF2 item) and if you win you get apoco fists (Another TF2 item). So yeah, thanks!
