add de_dustanesi

Two years ago, I was playing on another server and there was a map called de_dustanesi. In a matter of weeks, it became one of the most popular maps on the server so I really want you to check it out.

This map is a mix of Dust2 and Piranesi and it respects both designs.

If you want to see a couple of pictures, simply write dustanesi on google image.

its a very CT sided map

the CT's can actually lock down the T's in their spawn if half of T are slow buyers.

oh man i think i remember that map!
it would be cool if for like a few months we brought back a ton of old custom maps. just to see what the server response would be.
