State your case: Was playing cs_militia on CT side. Accidentally shot and killed shoottomain as he was crouching by the house behind some obstructions and shot before looking. Typed "my bad" into global chat. Was banned about a minute later around 9:20. It was a completely accidental TK, I think he had low health as I think I only shot one or two bullets.

Would be my fault.. I was being shot at an ass load and I looked around, but I didn't see any T's. I looked at the red thing on my crosshairs (the damage indicator) and it pointed to you. Checked the chat and it said "nicholls has attacked a teammate" or something along the lines of that. Next thing I know I'm dead... I didn't see the my bad though. Could be because I was talking to Delty on the Shift-TAB interface. I'll check the chat logs <3.
Sorry for the misunderstanding... it could have been a T hiding in attic but I doubt it because the angles wouldn't add up. Roof was clear at the time.
It was a burst fire that killed me too. I assumed it would be from you because you were extremely far away (other side of map)...

No problem, shit happens. Although next time a warning or some sort of communication would be nice. I was even about to offer buying you a gun next round! (I saw you had zero money)

EDIT:
I need to clear up something. Did you keep burst-firing at me or did you shoot me one time? I was being shot at by a burstfire and was hit 3-4 times, and on the fourth time I was killed by you... the pattern matches up as there was about a second between each shot.

I am 98% sure I only burst once. I realized you were a ct about halfway through.
