apparently steam is making 2 new maps, a new cbble and "overpass". can we add 'em to the server?

the game keeps resetting my resolution along with a bunch of other visual settings to 1440x900 and low. i've set it back to my native res of 1680x1050 time and time again but it keeps reverting. maybe the update everyone was talking about screwed something up. anyone else having this problem?

its been bugging me for a while. here goes: do you have to play a certain number of rounds before you are eligible for the weapon drops at the end of the round? or is it open to anyone thats on the server, regardless of team (specs included)?
