Typically, to get the Steam ID, you open your console and enter Status. Should give a list of everyone's ID. Just for future reference

Well, if you mean what they tell me when they've gone with a different applicant - It's typically just an automated email stating they're lucky to have a large number of qualified applicants and have chosen to go with someone else. As far as what i'm gunning for....just about anything at this...
