Next time could you please go into Spectate and watch from the Hackers' perspective.
All the video shows is that there was a player changing his name to other peoples, while having a very high score.

Thankfully, with his chat log and the age of the account, it's easy to see that this is an account purely made for hacks.
Lack of Steam profile is a dead giveaway in this instance.
