Just was in a epic AvAvA war with about 150 people from each faction fighting over one castle. 500 or so people in a small radius and no lag, fucking bad ass. So. Epic.

Narf! I'm finding more posts with people having your problem online.. Have you tried disabling your whole anti-virus/firewall & then launching the game directly without using the launcher? Programfiles->zenimaxonline->the elderscrolls online->game->client->eso.exe try that my bruised banana :(
