I'm not sure of SteamReps standing on this kind of thing.

No scam took place, nor is there any clear evidence of a scam attempt. If SteamRep doesn't mark for the selling of Steam accounts or other virtual goods outside of Steam trading without evidence of a scam, I doubt this incident holds any validity regarding being marked as a scammer.

No scam took place, there are many users who trade for items outside of TF2, Steam, and even other services.

It goes against the Steam TOS, even trading for money for TF2 items. This is no different than a trader selling keys for Amazon Gift Cards.

In the future, please do research before making a scam report, especially if one didn't take place. Users can trade a variety of goods and services, they are on their own risk on what happens if they choose to do so. Hopefully they'll obtain a Middleman before doing such high-risk trading. I also ask that you not discourage these kinds of trades, simply because you judged a user by their cover.
