As much as i can see why you say what you say towards the uneducated black men and towards the undeveloped blacked countries, you fail to acknowledge that they are where they are today because of the white man.
Now I will agree with you 150% for the black people living in developed countries such as Canada and the U.S because they are given the same opportunities as any other ethnicity, they are offered the same level of education (except of course private schools) but as we all know, in Canada the public school system is VERY good. So for all the ignorant black people in modern countries who choose to drop out of school and get involved with gangs and drugs, they have no excuse but to blame THEMSELVES for the situation they are in.
Now for the Black countries, which by the way, i don't think there is one black governed country in the world that isn't surrounded by corruption, violence and political turmoil. That is a different story all together. Let's not forget that these black people were not given the same equal opportunities as the rest of the world until they gained their independence from the white man. Let's not also forget that they were robbed of a lot of their natural resources in the colonial era. The easiest example would be Haiti.
Haiti was the first black independent country in the world. But like every other black country, they were once colonized by a European country. When Haiti gained their independence in 1804, they were blocked up by the rest of the world because nobody wanted to recognize a black ruled country at the time. This means they had nobody to trade with and were pretty much left on their own. Let's not also forget that the colonist did not want the slaves to have an education. Most slaves did not know how to read or write. Most of the blacks who could read and/or write at the time were the mulatto, who were the decendents of slave owners and slaves. They were not entirely free, but they had rights unlike the slaves. So take this into consideration. A black uneducated nation, how do you expect them to perform as well as a white country where everyone has rights. Look at Haiti now, the first black independent country in the world. It is currently the poorest country in the western hemisphere, and one of the poorest in the world.
The same thing applies to all black countries. The white colonists enriched themselves with all the resources of the black countries such as gold, spices, etc.
I could go on with this, there is so much more i can add, but it's just to give you an example that the black countries cannot be entirely blamed for the situation they are in, because if slavery NEVER existed, maybe they would not be undeveloped like they are today.
So in theory, the white man is to be blamed for why black countries are some of the poorest and most undeveloped countries in the world.
This could turn out to be a good discussion. This is my point of view on that matter. Anyone has a different perspective they would like to share?
