Nah, I would've made them give DBW to you as it was a clear win. Plus, whether DBW is a good trink for mut rogues is not definitive anyway. If they didn't give it to you, I would've left the raid and/or gquit. Oh steve, I have 264 BOE clothy shoulders for your priest when you get on later.

Also heroic DBW is the second best in slot atm for mut rogues. The only better trinket is the new one from RS. It also has armor pen.
The arp is wasted, but the trinket doesnt need a passive stat to pwn. the proc is god mode.
