Wine Making

Just started my first kit today (semillon chardonnay). I'm excited to say the least, $45 = 60 bottles of wine.

Anyone else here have a try at it before? Or current hobby? Or beer making?

I'm all ears since this is first time, for any tricks of the trade and such...

So far I've heard maintaining sterility is the best thing you can do, other than that just to follow the steps.

total noob but from what ive heard, keep it from exposure to sunlight? gotta keep it in a real dark place.
