I tried to join the minecraft server through the website and it said that the server was unresponding, i tried direct connect and the same thing happened.
Why cant I join minecraft?

and underneath it is that ip which is linked to http://www.darklygaming.com/our-servers/darklyworld-minecraft-servers and on that page it has a Link to Minecraft 1 and below that link there is a red box

That game is expensive :I its like $35 bucks or something. I'm currently using my friends account but I wanted to use my own name. I just bought shoes cause all mine had holes in them so i dont really have money to be spending on games

If money is the issue, then stick to playing the demo? Really, cracked Minecraft should only be for plugin developers who need to use alternate names to test plugins.
