TD is exclusively for CSS/CSGO players. Those are the only two games with a "Toronto Darkly" server.

Secondly, you need to spend quite a bit of time playing on the mentioned servers and be very active on the forums so fellow TD members can get to know you before your application can be taken seriously or even considered.
