Of course, everyone should be getting a pay cut. But don't try and defend a company that pays management more money, and then tells the non-management to take a pay cut because "times are hard". That's pureWell if there's no extra income shouldn't these workers be getting a pay cut?
Will you finally admit this failure has nothing to do with the union?
The whole point of bonuses for management should be only when they meet or exceed financial goals. Management and non-management should not expect raises/bonuses in tough times.
