Chris: yeah, my comment was mostly j/ks with a twist on trusting someone as far as you can throw them.
47: that pic was me when I was 17, when I was 20-21, I reached my peak at reps of 250lb, 3 sets of 5. I could free curl 150 in limited sets. Row 3 sets of 180, 10-15 times with ease. I would do curls with free dumbbells of 50lb, 3 sets, 15 each.
Steve: 250lb, ay? That's pretty impressive. When I got there I could feel my sternum straining and personally decided I didn't want the complications of building extra bone mass as I dedicated myself to lifting heavier and heavier weight.
Point is: NEVER lift serious weight over or around (press) your head without a spotter! Can you imagine what 250lb, concentrated within a 1" diameter feels like resting on your chest?
