Essentially all it is is cardio. So, unless you have over a grand in home equipment to use in conjunction with the routine, you'll never really hit hypertrophy; which the program completely skips over.

Cardio can take a fat woman to a potentially decent one. As for males, if you want to have more then just the build of the delivery boy.. you need the time + tension oh hyper, not a constant conditioning phase.
 
I run a 4 day set

Chest/tri's
Back/biceps
legs
shoulders tris
back bi's
legs
chest tri
etc


Worked for me a year ago, put on 25-30lbs in about 2 months......... dropped down to 190, was 220, having troubles getting weight back :/


20yr old and put 275 up on bench, im pretty happy..... I was hoping for 300 by January, but I borke my hand and had to stop training :/

all you need are dumbbells or resistance bands and its a lot of push ups, pull ups, lateral shoulder lifts etc.
 
No beach body, model, bodybuilder, or sexy mofo physique was ever built on those few things alone. Someone with a decent look should be able to press 75Lbs BD's easily, but what individual that trains at home has those at their disposal? Bands/tubes and bodyweight can only take you so far (and by far I really mean tiny)

Monday:

Cardio

Walk to my truck from my house
Walk to my office
Walk to my truck
Walk to my house from my truck
Play with my kid 1 hour
Bang my hot Brazilian wife 5-10 minutes
Walk to my computer and map 2 hours

Tuesday-Friday: Same as monday

Saturday:

Light lifting of my glass

Tim Hortons Drive Thru
Office (depends how busy it is but usually half a day)
Walk from my truck to liquor store
Drink my face off (8-12 hours)

Sunday: Off

I do 5 sets per exercise.....
Warm up 10-15 reps
10-8 reps
more weight 6-8 reps
same/or more if wanted or needed weight 4-8 reps
lighterweight As many as I can, usually 5-10 depending on exercise....

I usually do 12/10/8/6, then break for 2-4 min, then one last one with the same weight as I did my 12, but as many times as possible, then make a quick jump to a different muscle group.
 
Sounds like you do pyramids. So many people do and I personally think it's pointless. Rather then working up to a weight, go straight into the heaviest weight you're able to pull off 12 with. If your set is nothing compared to the last, why even both? Hell, being fresh.. you might be able to pull off 12 with the final weight were you to start with it.
