Hey Vinny,
Try mixing it up a little bit, you will find it more effective to train the secondary muscles on another day. ex When you focus on your chest, your triceps become a secondary trained muscle, and with Back, your biceps become secondary. By the time you want to focus on these sec. muscles, they start to get fatigued, and although you feel soar, you cant really focus on that muscle group.
I would suggest Back Tris, Chest and Bi's
