Forum won't accept split zip file format (z01, z02, etc.) which I just tried to use because the 5Mb upload limit. Let me find a suitable place to upload a single zip file of the demos.

For some reason when I switched to spectate I lost x-ray and when playing the demos I couldn't enable it; I had to revert to using: sv_cheats 1 and r_drawothermodels 2 to have a similar effect.

I don't see him shooting through smokes, tracing, or doing anything blatant.

I noted E,F and H as suspicious. In E, he stands at stairs and waits at a very dangerous position while aiming at tri-box. In F, he backs up with no indication that someone is charging at him and kills them. Also, he shoots at the walls in Palace for no reason. For H, I just noted "suspicious".

I'm going to defer this to other admins who play way more than me. @BOT Snake @thewhaleman @Genesis

A: Shoots left corner, backs off, then knows he ran to the right. Possible explanation bullet tracer.
B: Slight prefire. Possible explanation faint footstep
C: Weird, he sees the shadow but doesn't react, instead looks forward. Fishy. Not sure I know anyone who would react that way.
D: Reaction times are fishy, but doesn't prove much.
E: Watching tribox for awhile, never worried about someone from stairs though. Fishy.
F: All around fishy stuff.
G: 0:49 fishy shot. Also he is very worried about A stairs, unlike clip E.
H: All kinds of fishy.

The first couple of clips are explainable, but there are a lot of irregularities in his game style. Poor crosshair placement and aim. So the smurf thing is out the window for me personally. I think he was walling, and got more careless as the match went on.

Thanks @thewhaleman & @MetalLobster

Just checked to see if they've been VAC'd but unfortunately not. They've moved on and have also been banned from East Coast Guardians.

Their IP address (192.0.223.145) indicates they're with TekSavvy and can be reported relatively easily and without hassle for violating their Acceptable Use Policy (Wouldn't that be a 1st :P).
