Vote Plugin Dead D:

As we all know, the vote plugin isn't working that great. It gets stuck on votes, and it takes longer than needed.
I'm proposing this plugin (here) to replace our current vote plugin!
Check out the features, if you like it I can update it.

While i'm at it, can we install this?

Also, what's the point of the second one?
