State your case: Me and my younger brother was on a few days ago on a Darkly trade server and then today, (21/05/2013) We tried to go onto one of your trade servers and it said "You have been banned by this server". At first i thought it was a glitch, so then I tried again but it still didn't work. Can you guys help me? I played/ traded on this server for the past year. Thanks.

He rarely goes on his account because he complains he doesn't have much items so he uses mine sometimes when I'm not home but we play together usually. His name should be angelspartan. Just out of curiosity, is there something he did?

Can you please provide an approximation as to how long both you and your brother have been playing on our servers (e.g. you said you've been playing for a year), the most recent time each of your (simultaneously or separately) played on our servers, and when either of you first noticed the bans?

I'm quite sure me and my brother has been playing on your servers since last year of September. The most recent time i have played was the day before yesterday I think. My brother said he played for a bit yesterday so I'm pretty sure this ban was today.

So was this a glitched ban or did I do something wrong? I don't scam, hack, or shark so I don't see why this account would be banned.

An account, the one you state to be your brother's, was banned for the use of hacking utilities to obtain abilities and advantages not accessible to normal players. A Free-to-Play account (F2P), especially without a Steam Community Profile setup and who has logged under 5 minutes of total playtime on our servers, is highly symptomatic of an alternate account, and in response all accounts from your IP address were banned.

If the second account (your brother's) wishes to have its ban removed, the user with ownership of it must make a separate appeal.

Please be patient while the appeal is processing. No decision has yet been made.
