Hello, Few days ago I scammed one of your staff. His name is DARKLY | PhearAphex.
I scammed him and took him 7 Earbuds.
He reported me and I got banned from TF2OP.com and marked as a scammer in SteamRep.com.
He said that if I will return the buds he will unban be and reverse all the stuff (DGN Scammer, etc').
I returned the buds and he did nothing, didn't unbanned me or unmarked me as scammer.
My friend was involved in the scam too, his name is De3x. (I will give you Steam ID if needed)
PhearAphex blocked me and De3x.
Can you please unban as from TF2OP.com and remove the DGN SCAMMER tag as PhearAphex said?

Hi sh4k,

As you stated, you were marked as a Scammer on SteamRep for the act of fraud - the fact that this scam targeted a DGN staff member changes nothing. DGN is affiliated with SteamRep and any forms of scamming can and will result in said tagging.

To have your scammer tag removed, an appeal must be filed (which you have now done), reviewed, and finally a decision made by the corresponding community admins. Scammer tags will never be removed without this procedure being followed, and promises to do so from individuals other than the SteamRep staff should not be trusted.

I am placing your appeal under review - please be patient with this process. Understand that an appeal can be denied, and if so your scammer tag will not be removed and will remain permanent. Please be sure to save any chat logs you may have concerning this incident. Your friend must file a separate appeal if he/she wishes to have his/her scammer tag removed.

My friend (De3x) is marked as my alt account, he is my friend and not an alt.
I understand that an appeal can be denied.
Basicly PhearAphex wanted to buy the buds back and he didn't.
I noted that he is one of your staff because I want to say that he is not trustful how he should be.
Im sorry for scamming and I will not do it ever again.
EDIT: I am asking for unban and unmark at SteamRep.com because he said he will unban and unmark me if I will give the buds back while he blocked me and my friend.

DARKLY | PhearAphex is not a DGN Administrator. A list of all the Administrators can be found here. http://steamrep.com/list/A

Do you have any chat logs that show otherwise, that upon return of the buds, your tag will be removed? This is not up for debate, and you can only appeal one account at a time.

If he's your friend, have him come on the forums and make a ban appeal as well. I believe you've been misguided by a promise that wasn't authorized to be made, even if it was made, it's impossible to actually carry it out, we have guidelines and procedures in place to follow and 'bargaining' for tags, removal or addition, is never allowed. It's great that you decided to repay the victim, but I feel you did it not out of guilt, but out of a bargain.

If this is the case, sounds like you just got scammed, out of goods that were originally scammed. If that's the case, then make a Scam Report on our forums. *Regardless if you're tagged or not, it doesn't make you open to being scammed by others* If this is not the case, then unless you have something to back up the moderator's wordings, you would be wise to avoid accusations regarding someone's integrity without proof. This will only hurt your appeal.

I didn't know that he is not an admin but he told me that steam will freeze my account in 24 hours if I will not give the buds back.
I got prove he tried to pay and I got hes address and full name and stuff.
Anyway I got scammed by your staff + he didn't unbanned me or unmarked me.

As I have already explained to you via Steam.
Due to the high volume of monetary value that was taken from PhearAphex by you during this scam, your Scammer Tag on SteamRep is staying, and your Appeal has been Denied.
Regardless of what was said between the both of you, and regardless of whether you gave the Items back or not, the fact remains that you still did it.
We cannot allow ourselves to let someone back into the Trading community that has committed a scam to this level.

That being said, we will give both of your friends 2 weeks for their chance to appeal their own Tags.
If they have not posted within 2 Weeks of this post, their cases will not be looked at.
It is YOUR JOB to let them know this. If they do not post within the allocated time, you, and you alone are to blame for their cases being denied.

A lot of the information passed between us both during our conversation will help me a lot when it comes to reviewing both De3x and Idan's appeals.
