The new Secret Question will be set to "What did customer service reset your password to?"

The answer to the Secret Question is the new password that we have sent to you as mentioned above.

Almost a year ago, my account was hacked crook he threw off my account link to a fake website steam (so it fooled me), and deceiving people, I think this is the reason for my ban!
i`m only want unban.

Trades with "MrsHooks" and "Derby" I did not change with these guys, it's already done a scammer!
And when I returned to the account, I saw that he threw my account with fake links steam,so he hacked me
