State your case: Hey Darkly server, i come to with this thread today to present my unban appeal, so i was playen on the Toronto darkly server when i accidenly tked some one for 10 damage, i take full responsibility even though there was a about 4 enemies surrounding this player, on the bright side i did take out all 4 of them, but i guess the player got mad and told some of his friends to join the server to help win the ban vote, anyways i have been a proud player of the darkly servers since 1.6 and have played multiple servers ranging from tf2 to battlefield, i am also a very proud residence of toronto T.DOT!!!! and it would be a shame if the next time i logged on i would not see your server to log on to, anyways ya, cash yolo swag money #TYBG.

Thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban.

You were banned under the following circumstances:

-accidentally shot me and i complained a little, but no problem here.
-1 min later you TK'd me; this is where i though that it may intentional.
-i complained in chat and ppl were saying things like "he does it all the time" (not exact quote, but at least 2 ppl said something along those lines)
-i threw up a ban vote and let the community decide your fate.

Sounds about right, but i don't really remember anyone saying that i did it all the time or where that popped up but someone might have said it, also i don't really understand how it would be intentional with a smoke up but don't take my skepticism as disrespect. cash money.

occasional mistakes happen, but in your case, it seemed like you were just shooting everything that moves.

as for your thoughts on the perm being too harsh: ff is annoying and shits on everyone's fun. its that small thing that you keep getting away with because each individual offense is not serious enough to take action for. ppl were clearly tired of your constant team-bleeding and spoke out.

you are unbanned. mind your fire and play nice.
