I don't disagree 47, if thats what it is, thats what it is. At one time, when I had some interest in it, it was about who was the toughest motherfucker on the planet, watching hoyce gracie take out 300lb wresters after being down for 11 minutes, it meant something. Weight doesn't mean tough, size doesn't mean tough, etc etc. Really, when it was something was when it was about the toughest guy, regardless of weight and size, it's not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog. Now it's just gay, like boxing....

ya but Prop, you have to realize, it's all about fair competition = sport. It now has more, better rules, it's more "proper", meaning there ARE weight classes and other things to better match individuals to each other and create more entertaining fights.. isn't that what it's all about? Entertainment, and that's all I take it for. I'll continue to enjoy the UFC like I will (and always have) enjoyed Pride and K-1.. it's real fighting, but with a sport aspect of rules and respect.
