The first 24 hours you can buy it at an introductory price of $600, over 4000 sold of 5000 at this price, otherwise you have to purchase it at $850. I love gadgets and think this is pretty sweet. Already at $2.5 million, trying to raise $32 million, it's the first day. Stuff like this makes me giddy like a school girl.

Selling at like 5 a second, sorry if you guys see this too late and don't get one if you really want it, I'm afraid by the time anyone interested reads this who is interested, they'll all be sold out at the introductory discounted price. We're already at 4137 sold of 5000.

neat, another fap device.
I dabbled with Ubuntu a couple times on my net-book, it was neat. I think when I'm a troll-dad parent I'll just force-feed my kids Linux and have all their devices be Linux so they can be in a constant state of breaking their shit and then learning fixing it .

They lowered prices again, not quite the $600 introductory, and they're selling out at these prices as well. $675 is sold out, $725 selling out, then $775, $780, all the same package, but considerably cheaper than the $830.

It's not really a big deal now that there are working ARM ports for most major distros. No doubt better than fucking Android with the Java dependence and annoying Google services but it's Canonical so we can expect some commercialized load of horseshit anyway

That's really not surprising, I mean nobody who is into Linux enough to pay for a Linux phone ahead of release would even use Ubuntu in the first place. Doesn't mean fuck-all that you can sync the phone with the desktop if I want to keep running Arch on the desktop

It doesn't look like it, they were too ambitious. If they set a much lower goal and allowed people to buy more outside of indiegogo, they probably could have raised $12 Million while it was in production, maybe more. I mean not many people have $700 to blow all of a sudden. I'm sure there would have been more purchases if people had more time to save up.
