User stated above was observed by myself using some sort of godmode hack/glitch @ 11:40AM on 2/14/13. Spectated the user for 10 minutes at which time he received 0 hit point damage during combat with other users and blatantly was walking up to level 3 sentry's and destroying them with a syringe gun...lol. Although I found it funny, people began to get pissed and leave the server which is not what I believe Darkly wants. Asked the user to stop several times and he refused.

Unfortunately, without a Demo, I can't ban him over words, I need solid evidence in order to remove him from the network. *And feed his account to Valve*

Care to explain why your chat log doesn't match the master server log's? Or did you really just submit a Ban Request with fabricated 'evidence'?

I went ahead and took a look at the chat logs, and some times before this incident took place. No one is being banned for Hacking/Cheating because there is no evidence. I went ahead and did however, give BigBoss 2 days off and InsaneAsylum 3, for their own specific reasons.

Further fuckery may and will result in longer removals and repercussions, but is not limited to a permanent ban.

Then where did your chat log come from? Inside the Server, or did you go off by memory?

The chatlog I posted is from the console of the server and is a truncated version of the entire chatlog, removing chatter from other users and unneeded information pertaining to the issue at hand. I also added in verbal conversation from bigboss as stated above.

Next time in the future, copy and paste the entire console log, or take screenshots using the F12 command.

The reason I ask these questions is if I banned the accused for hacking, and you showed this, they can use the defense of fabricated evidence...and since your 'log' doesn't match the Server Master Log, it would not look good for you. He could even make a Ban Request for false reporting and harassment...which pass or fail, it would still be a record. (Amurica!) When making any Ban Request, you have to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the accused wrongly committed the crimes you are reporting about. With conflicting evidence *Or in this case, lack of* it makes this a pain in the ass to look through.
