+1, unlike the garbage CBC. Fucking stealing all of our tax dollars, NOT disclosing budgets etc. and laughing in our faces...
hm. This may have been true about the CBC when the liberals were controlling the federal government, but it's certainly not true anymore. The CBC should exist, and it should be funded by us. We need Canadian content in this country, especially for non-metropolitan areas of Canada, and until CTV and Bellmedia (or Global) steps the fuck up and actually produces some home-grown talent and entertainment, the CBC should continue to live. Those of us in the GTA, I don't think we understand just how lucky we are to be living in the media centre of this country, and one of the largest media markets in the world.
