BANNED TheDeadlyHaze mic spamming, porn links in chat, disrespecting other players

Seen here, posting a (he then claims fake) link in chat after we'd just informed him and someone else 'no links in chat', he was also yelling over other people on the mic, disrespecting other players, using slurs and other extreamly vulgar language in excess, and disrespecting multible people.

Okay so where do I begin. I joined the server when everyone was screaming and I thought it was funny, I never once mic spammed, but I did however post a FAKE link as a harmless joke, I wasn't intending for anyone to go to it and watch it. Second of all, you are accusing me of mic spamming because I pissed you off and you started flipping out on me about the link and before all of that happened I asked if you were a girl or a guy and I said you sounded like a young boy. I was just kidding around then you got all pissy at me and lots of other people and then I asked you if were on your period or something because you started threatening me for no reason and when I got back at you, you didn't like it.

I also was insulting 0 people and what do you mean by slurs? Racial slurs or discriminating slurs? I never once said anything of the sort and when Bird came on and informed me of the fake links still not being allowed I said I understood and continued on with trading

Fake or not, it was against server rules. If you play on Darkly servers, you should make yourself aware of the rules. Ignorance is no excuse.

Instead of just stopping TheDeadlyHaze, kept pushing and going to far.

Yep, it's fake. Also, who give a damn whether it was fake or not? Keep your hormones to yourself; no need to go spreading your AIDS to others on the trade servers.

That link confirms he posted a porn link, but nothing on him using vulgar language. Was he using voice chat?

The funny thing is, she isn't reporting the people who were actually mic spamming

I don't have screenshot proof of the other people micspamming. I contacted bird of pray and sir X about the other micspammers. He was using voice chat for slurs and language, yes. I know that's a bit harder to prove, but I believe sir X came in at the tail end of his insults and spamming.

I can confirm what Purifier is saying, I came into the ass end of this conversation. I was afk at the time, I had some family at my house when this was happening. I return back to my laptop only to hear something about what this report is being filed about. @shottomaim : I was afk at the and quote on what Purifier has mentioned, I came right near the end of it. I'm not sure if it was The DeadlyHaze or somebody else, but Purifier mentioned making a report on the forums, and not sure if it was DeadlyHaze but somebody said this purifier word-for-word if not close:"What are you on you period or something?!". Basically Purifier was getting insulted at the time when I joined, and I couldn't tell who was insulting Purifier of spades, but she was getting insulted when I returned from my time away, because there were A LOT of people on hte mic at once, and it was VERY disorganized. But Purifier is stating is the truth.

I trust the parties involved to believe the micspam took place to the degree in which they say. Given the attitude of the accused, I'm inclined to enforce a 2-week tempban.

Instead of joining in on the micspam and taking it too far, you should have reported those who were micspamming and then stayed out of it. "Everyone else was doing it" is not a valid excuse and if in fact everyone was doing it as you claim, why did I not receive a single message on Steam about it from any of the regulars that I have on my Friends list? I know Sir X and Purifier know how to get a hold of me if needed. And "harmless joke" or not, you don't post links in chat.
