I think it has to do mainly with all the stuff that was promised that does not exist.

There was alot of false advertisement on the original steam page for the game too which was taken off/edited out once they got called out on it.

If you die on all 5 of your characters in 4 hours, you deserve to not play anymore. That's just how she goes.

I haven't had an issue with the 4 hour respawn, I don't see why so many are butt hurt? It's an attempt to stop people from going into larger cities and stay away from PvP (which apparently 50% of the community wants). Plus the cash grab, of 50gc for instant revive. Games need to support themselves, selling revives and items to noobs is how they do it.

you don't make people pay for a game and then prevent them from playing.

I can understand have the pay to respawn instantly or wait 4 hours if the game was free to play...but preventing me from playing a game I paid for...fuck you, go die in a fucking fire.

DayZ = 1 Character 24/hr respawn

I never booted it up, and never accepted the TOS, steam themselves are offering refunds
