If you think about it logically, it doesnt grow back worse then before, when u shave it you off only the hair that is exposed leaving the root. So it stays dark and grows back quicker because its already grown its root. Plucking and waxing will eliminate the root so it seems to grow back slower but its not true. its not as dark either
