TF2 Server Down

I'm New Here
Lately all the DARKLY TF2 Servers have been down, and I want to play on it but I can't! I also activated my premium so I will have days of it gone! Would I be allowed to have my premium days reset to 30?

Depends on the powers that be. From what I understand the problem is from the update and not the fault of the Darkly. Reminder that Premium is a donation and not a guarantee.

I remember when premium was down for an update and they gave full refunds and doubled the credits we had so I bet they will do something.
